HTC a Taiwanese smartphone manufacturing company which was
known for its quality smartphones back in the days had a downfall due to other
smartphone giants introducing innovative smartphones which resulted in a great
loss for the company, In May 2016 HTC launched their flagship smartphone the
HTC 10 which was paired with a lot of good software and hardware continuing HTC’s
smartphone lineup with pretty much similar design as its predecessors the HTC
M8 and M9 although this phone was comparable with other smartphones available
in the market in terms of hardware and technical specifications but it didn’t succeed
because of its simple plain design considering what people prefer now a days the
more flashy and premium stuff like the Samsung Galaxy S and Note series.
This time HTC is about to introduce a mid-range smartphone
quite similar to the HTC 10 physically which is going to be called the HTC Bolt
as confirmed by the person who leaked the photos. This mid-range sma
Surprisingly the HTC Bolt features an 18 megapixel back
camera with an aperture of F2.0 and has the capability to record 4K videos also
it has dual flash at the back for better lighting. The front camera is based on
an 8 megapixel sensor which will help in improving your selfies and video
calls.
HTC Bolt is going to be the first smartphone by HTC to run
Android Nougat 7.0 out of the box and obviously it will have the typical HTC
Sense skin on top.
Now coming towards sound quality this midranger has a single
speaker at the bottom and it has the HTC BoomSound, it is an audio enhancing tech
by HTC which only works on earphones/headphones.
This part will make most people angry but 3.5mm headphone
jack is going to be a history soon as HTC has started to follow Motorola and
Apple and they have ditched the 3.5mm headphone jack on the HTC Bolt which means
no aux on the Bolt, yet we have to see what will be the other way around to
connect HTC Bolt to a 3.5mm jack, are they going to use a similar adapter like
what Apple introduced?
And to all people who are curious to know if this budget
phone has a USB Type-C port to charge and use headphones yes it does has a USB
Type-C port to charge and listen music via earphones.
HTC Bolt will be released all around the globe as expected
and as the rumors suggests Sprint will launch this in United States.
