DJI is one of the most popular drone/quad copter manufacturing company and there drones are used by almost all professionals out there who are into aerial photography and videography and cinematography. DJI has a wide range of drones, the most popular one is the Phantom 4K (Flagship Drone) which has a lot of features for aerial photography and cinematography like tracking, stability and obstacle avoidance but they are quite large in size as compared to the new DJI Mavic Pro and they require a big battery pack also not to mention that the controller is huge too.
Most of these drones were used by Professionals and YouTube Vloggers too for example the great Casey Neistat and most of them had issues for carrying a drone with them obviously with a drone you have to keep a bag/case for its accessories Go Pros etc.
DJI Mavic Pro is a small portable drone which can fit in your palm also DJI Mavic Pro was released a week ago and till now it is known as the most smallest 4k drone as it is capable of 4K recording.
The reason why DJI Mavic Pro is portable is because its propellers fold into its body which helps in making the size extremely small and it makes it pretty easy for a user to carry around and also it is somewhat tougher than the other drones obviously because of no propellers exposed. DJI Mavic Pro can be tagged with your backpack or it can be stored in a medium sized purse easily.

You guys might be thinking oh well they have created a smaller drone but it might have less features than the Phantom 4 but no every time smaller size doesn’t mean less features the new DJI Mavic Pro features the same 4k 12 Megapixel sensor used in Phantom 4 and also it has a wide range of sensors like obstacle avoidance, subject tracking, autonomous landing and added stability in indoor. The 12 megapixel 4k sensor is also capable of DNG RAW support and this little drone is capable of 4K Recording at 30FPS and 1080 Recording at 96 FPS respectively, Now the most concerned part is the battery life but DJI Mavic Pro doesn’t disappoint us here too this guy can fly upto 40 Miles/Hour and also it has 27 Minutes of flight time which is pretty impressive considering its small size also DJI Mavic Pro can live stream 1080p coverage to third party sites like Facebook, YouTube and Periscope.
The feature list doesn’t stop here this drone has the gesture control ability you can make it perform different actions upon hand gestures also the size of this drone is not only minimized but the size of controller is also reduced and it features a little lcd panel for different functions, This drone can be used without the controller instead of controller you can use DJI App on your smartphone to fly it.

DJI Mavic Pro is priced at $999 which is expensive to be honest but DJI has given a cheaper option which is to get the DJI Mavic Pro for $749 if you are ready to let go the controller.
